Fees for taught masters 2018-2019
Tuition fees for full-time and part-time postgraduate taught degrees in 2018-2019.
The tuition fee shown in the table is for one year only. Students who are studying a program that lasts more than 1 year will be charged a fee per year of study.
Tuition fees increase every year in the majority of cases.
For students whose studies commenced in 2022-23 or earlier, tuition fees will increase each year. You should take this annual tuition fee increase into consideration when you estimate your fees for a degree. Students who are studying a program that lasts more than 1 year will be charged a fee per year of study.
From 2023-24 tuition fees for new entrants will be fixed for the duration of their programme. If you joined us from August 2023 onwards and you are studying for a degree or qualification that will take more than one year to complete, the fee charged will be fixed at the level charged on the year of entry.
Additional programme costs are set by each school or college.
Costs for some of our degrees are variable. All costs will be listed in your letter of admission.
If you are a new student from the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and plan to start your studies in 2021-2022 or later, your tuition fees are likely to be in line with the international rate.
Applicants who may be eligible for a 'home' fee status
If you already have the right to live in the UK, you may be eligible for a 'home' fee status.

Fee status information for EU applicants
Deferred entry
If you have already accepted an offer but deferred entry until 2021-22 or later, your fee status will follow the latest guidance, not that of the year you applied.
Continuing students
If you have already started your studies, your fee status will not change.
